We booked a cruise on 21st febuary with wine and cheese, we did a different cruise because of the staff made a mistake and didn’t read the reference of the voucher. We had a conversation with Rosalie, the person in charge, and she told us that the company will refund us the total amount because the mistake. It was a pity

El personal genial. Ha sido de lo mejor, muy amable. En nuestro caso la valoración disminuye porque contratamos en español y fue en inglés. Además, al ser de noche no se veía nada. No recomiendo hacerlo a las 20:00. Si buscas un plan romántico y diferente puede estar bien, pero para ver la ciudad no.

The staff was great. They were the best, very friendly. In our case, the rating was lowered because we booked in Spanish and it was in English. Tuvimos que preguntar a otras personas por el punto de encuentro y una vez alli, porque nos fijamos, si no nos hubiesen subido a un crucero normal, sin degustación. Una vez, en el barco correcto, las explicaciones eran sólo en inglés y para las de español, tenias que poner los cascos, los que tuvimos que pedir expresamente o usar los nuestros, con la incomodidad que supone ir enganchada a un punto alejado por un cable, aislandote del resto de personas con las que vas

El guía sólo hablaba en inglés por lo que los que hablamos español no entendíamos nada. Decía que era vino ilimitado pero pasaron tres veces sirviendo y después nadie más se apareció hasta el final. Recomiendo hacer el mismo tour pero básico de 19 euros. donde te dejen llevar algo otra tomar y comer. Me decepcionó bastante. Pensaba que iba a pasar un rato romántico con mi pareja (así lo anuncian) y que podría hacer fotos interesantes, pero nada de eso. Nos sentaron en la misma mesa con otra pareja, así que intimidad 0, y encima en el pasillo, por lo que la cámara se tuvo que quedar guardada. Creo que se debería avisar o dar a elegir tipo de mesa porque, sinceramente, de saber que iba a ser así habría elegido otra opción más barata (no olvidemos que 2 personas son 85 eurazos).

Pensamos que por ser un crucero a la luz de las velas habría más intimidad pero nos sentamos con otro matrimonio más mayor con un espacio en medio por suerte eran encantadores y tuvimos conversación muy amena.
