What is the Heineken Experience?
Formerly the first built Heineken brewery, producing the Netherlands' most popular pale lager, the brewery itself stopped production in 1988, when the plant moved to a more modern space in the outskirts of the city.
Nowaways, the original brewery has been transformed into an interactive museum sharing the Heineken story. During your visit, you'll learn about the Dutch company's heritage, and the changes and innovations it has introduced throughout history. You'll also discover interesting facts about the different processes of beer production.
To top off your tour around the museum, you’ll enjoy two Heinekens - the finishing touch on an unmissable visit!
Where do I collect my tickets?
Once you’ve booked your visit, you should present your voucher at the entrance to the Heineken Experience, located at 78 Stadhouderskade.
Opening times
The Heineken Experience has the following opening times:
- Monday to Thursday: from 10:30am to 7:30pm (last entrance 5:30pm).
- Friday to Sunday and every day in July and August: from 10:30am to 9pm (last entrance 7pm).
- Every day between 24th and 31st December (except 25th December): from 10:30am to 4pm (last entrance 2pm).
When you make your booking, you should select the date and time of your visit (in 15 minute time slots).
