Nous pensions avoir un guide Français mais en vain à l arrivée au musée on nous propose le QR code téléchargement de l’application et accès aux commentaires en Français en revanche sur le bateau avons eu un guide Hollandais en langue anglaise avons eu des écouteurs et les commentaires en Français

The only issue was that we couldnt entry the museum with our voucher from Civitatis (as it says in the webpage and in the voucher itself), we lost some time asking here and there until we realized we had to get the tickets online via the Rijksmuseum webpage redeeming the vouchers.

Los empleados de puerta no reconocieron el bono presentado, decian que faltaba otro bono, uno por persona. Bien, pero hay que canjear los billetes por otros tickets y es una pérdida de tiempo importante, el museo tardó bastante en reconocer el código y en el barco hay dos zonas una cerrada y otra abierta, pasamos frío y llovía….si no tienes la suerte de sentarte dentro te mojas y te constipas, que es lo que nos pasó, fue un recorrido de hora y media

La visita al museo fue correcta pero después tubimos que ir a toda prisa al otro lado de la ciudad para recoger los tikets del crucero, hacer el crucero a toda marcha porque a las 3 teníamos la entrada para el museo Van G. Nous avons passé la matinée au Rijksmuseum. C'était vraiment bien. Beaucoup de chose à voir au sein du musée mais si vous sélectionné ce que vous voulez voir ça se fait très bien en 3 ou 4 heures. La croisière était très sympathique, dommage que le son de l'audioguide s'arrêtaient en plein milieu d'une phrase lors de la visite (à chaque fois que le capitaine du navire parlait). Es cómodo llevar las entradas compradas pero en el museo después de esperar para entrar 15 minutos con mucho frío en la calle, al ver los tickets nos mandaron a otra fila y tuvimos que volver a esperar más de 10 minutos pasando frío en la calle. El paseo en barco muy regular, la gente cantaba y hacia mucho ruido y los del barco no decían nada, no se escucha casi las explicaciones y el audio estaba muy descoordinado con el recorrido. El museo genial, al final es un museo importante que hay que visitar. El paseo en barco es lo que no nos gustó demasiado. Con otras empresas el barco es al aire libre, o al menos tiene una parte al aire libre; que te permite ver bien los canales, la cuidad y los edificios… En el Barco que ofrece Civitatis es cubierto, las ventanas y techo sucios, por lo que no se ve nada. Tienes que pegarte con la gente para asomarte a ver las atracciones turísticas que te dice la grabación.
