Tour Details

Day 1: Anchorage – Seward

National parks of exceptional beauty, icebergs, picture-perfect landscapes, endemic animals, and a wild wilderness that will leave you breathless. Welcome to Alaska! Known as the "Last Frontier," Alaska is one of the most incredible natural destinations to visit in the United States.

After meeting at the entrance of Aloft Anchorage early in the morning, we'll leave the city behind and head toward Seward along its incredible highway, which winds through some of Alaska's most beautiful scenery.

First, we'll stop in the town of Girdwood, where we'll ride the Alyeska Tram, which offers stunning views of Turnagain Arm and the Chugach Mountains. We'll be 2,296 ft (700 m) high!

Afterward, we'll visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, home to rescued grizzly bears, bison, and elk. Here, we'll enjoy an outdoor picnic lunch.

In the afternoon, we'll reach Seward, where you can have dinner on your own at one of the local restaurants before resting at the hotel.

Day 2: Seward

Fancy a boat ride around the Kenai Peninsula? Your wish is our command! On the second day, after breakfast, we'll embark on a day trip by boat to experience the wildlife and glaciers of Kenai from the water.

During the cruise, we'll explore one of Alaska's most breathtaking locations, getting up close to bird colonies, sea lions, otters, and orcas hunting salmon. The trip also includes a picnic lunch, perfect for satisfying your appetite while we cruise around Kenai.

In the mid-afternoon, we'll return to the camp for dinner and rest until the following day.

Day 3: Seward – Exit Glacier

After breakfast, we'll hike to Exit Glacier in the Kenai Fjords National Park. On the day of the tour, you can choose between a shorter or a longer route, which will take you to Marmot Meadows. Either way, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch outdoors.

In the afternoon, we'll take a scenic drive through the forests surrounding Seward to reach the Majestic Valley Wilderness Lodge, a true gem overlooking the Matanuska Valley, where we'll spend the night. You'll be amazed by the nighttime scenery!

Day 4: Glenn Highway – Independence Mine State Historical Park– Denali

After breakfast, we'll travel along the Kenai Peninsula. We'll stop at the Independence Mine State Historical Park, where we'll learn about the Klondike Gold Rush. You'll be amazed by this place's history!

Before continuing our journey, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch. Afterward, we'll continue along the Mat-Su Valley, reaching Denali in the late afternoon. We'll drop you off at the hotel to rest and give you some recommendations for a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Day 5: Denali National Park

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll visit the Denali National Park, a perfect route for spotting the most characteristic animals of this region, including bears, wolves, lynx, moose, and beavers. We'll also explore the most interesting sections of Alaska's most famous park.

We'll stop for a picnic lunch and enjoy the grandeur of the Denali mountains, including North America's highest peak: Denali or Mount McKinley.

We'll end the day returning to our hotel in Denali.

Day 6: Denali – Talkeetna – Anchorage

After breakfast, we'll leave Denali and head to Talkeetna, one of Alaska's most famous mountain towns. We'll explore its vibrant arts scene and admire its colorful houses. Afterward, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch and then have some free time to explore this charming town.

In the afternoon, we'll board the Alaska Railroad for a 3-hour journey to Anchorage through forests and valleys. We'll even pass by the Susitna River and a glacier!
