This walking tour of Asunción is the best way to explore the Paraguayan capital's historic center and discover its most iconic landmarks with an expert English-speaking guide. You can't miss it!

Tour Details

We will meet at the appointed time at the Palacio de los López, one of Paraguay's most iconic buildings and the seat of the President of the Republic. Located in the city center, this is the perfect starting point for our free tour of Asunción.

A few steps away, we'll arrive at the Rivera block, a beautiful group of buildings that are sure to surprise you, and the Plaza de los Desaparecidos, a public space where we'll talk about Paraguay's most recent and longest dictatorship.

From there, we'll move on to the Congress, the House of Independence and the Museum of Economics. Outside these places, you can learn more about the country's politics and recent history.

After almost 3 hours, we'll end the free tour at the Pantheon of Heroes.
