En general fue todo bastante bien, el barco limpio y confortable, Abul ... magnifico guía y excelente persona, habla español con fluidez y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier sugerencia de cambio de actividad o petición por nuestra parte, nos ayudó con la compra de billetes de bus del último día ....GRACIAS El único comentario negativo es sobre el uso de mascarillas, camareros y tripulación solo se la pusieron el día de nuestra llegada, la excepción fue nuestro guía Abul que la llevó siempre

Todos nuestros tours cumplen con la normativa local relativa a la Covid-19. El personal puede retirarse la mascarilla si se cumple con la distancia de seguridad. De igual modo, el proveedor local ya está al tanto de esta situación para poder tomar las medidas oportunas.

Todo lo que hace referencia al barco, mas que correcto (comida, limieza, habitaciones, piscina…). Aunque tres noches no son necesarias para las actividades que se hacen. Es una verguenza no poder decidir a quien das las propinas. El guia tenia conocimientos y se explicaba bien, pero los precios de las actividades complementarias que nos ofrecia son totalmente desorbitados. Tambien tenia siempre mucha prisa. Nunca se nos entregó el itinerario y aparecieron multiples visitas a tiendas no deseada

We had a wonderful time during our cruise from Aswan and Luxor. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the food was quite good, and the accommodations were cozy and well designed. We especially appreciate our tour guide, Islam, who was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He even took us to the pharmacy twice when we asked for help. He spoke multiple languages and keep us updated about our schedule and trips. Thank you Islam!

Mis padres y yo viajamos durante cuatro días por Asuán y Luxor. La experiencia ha sido una maravilla y se lo debemos todo a Islam. Más que un guía ha sido un excelente compañero de viaje. Muy atento, informado sobre la historia de Egipto, puntual y consecuente. Hubiese sido completo poder realizar el viaje con él desde el Cairo sin habernos perdido ningún detalle. Passeio muito bom. Tudo funcionou direitinho e dentro do cronograma e horário. Nosso guia foi o Hassan e ele foi perfeito. Falava muito bem português e conhecia muito sobre a história de cada um dos lugares que visitamos. Ficamos no Cruzeiro Blue Shadow e apesar de dizerem que era um dos melhores cruzeiros, a estrutura era bem simples.

My partner and I travelled to Egypt back in May and we had the most unforgettable experience. We were given an English speaking tour guide (Abanoub Jacob) just for the two of us, when the rest of the group was Spanish. He was so knowledgeable. We were really pleased with the services the company provided as they carefully planned every detail of our trip. The Blue Shadow cruise was really comfortable, the cabins 5 stars, variety of food every day and trips out were the main highlights.

Tuve una buena experiencia. El guía Hassan es un muy buen ser humano, comprometido con su trabajo, excelente guía, siempre preocupado por el bienestar de cada uno de nosotros. La experiencia en general fue muy buena. Nuestro guía Zayed (creo que se escribe así) hablaba muy bien castellano y fue amable e informativo. El barco estaba algo anticuado pero estaba en buen estado, limpio y confortable. La habitación mejor de lo que esperábamos. Los horarios y la planificación estaba también bien, aunque varió un poco de la planificación de la web. La única pega fue la comida. Indiqué que era celíaca y las opciones fueron escasas. En el desayuno picnic no pudecomer casi nada

I have to say that I was disappointed by Civitatis. On the other hand: the egyptian agency they work with fulfilled my expectations. Civitatis disappointed me because they didn't contact me when the dates of my trip changed. So imagine me coming to Egypt and finding out that I have a reservation for an non existing trip! Anyway, the local agency was amazing. The tourist guide was very nice, the cruise staff was kind, the food was incredible! All in all it was a great experience!

Todo salió muy bien, fuimos en el crucero estandar, que en mi opinión parecía de lujo. Tuvimos a Yasser como guía, una gran persona, realmente lo recomiendo, habla español muy fluido cómo si fuera su lengua nativa, el estaba encargado de la organización de las excursiones y lo hizo perfectamente. Nunca soubemos os horários das refeições, cada dia um horário e nunca eram avisados. Até que num dia eu e meu marido chegamos no mesmo horário para almoçarmos que no dia anterior e fomos grosseiramente avisados que não teríamos amais almoço porque estávamos fora do horário,. Eu precisei me aborrecer para conseguir almoçar. Algo bastante desagradável e descortês é que todas as refeições nós sentávamos a mesa e quando estávamos já acomodados , tínhamos que levantar e ir para outra mesa

Bon rapport qualité prix, j'ai beaucoup aimé le fait d'avoir un guide francophone pour nous seul, car pas d'autres français à bord ! Mais je regrette un peu l'insistance du guide pour nous proposer sans cesse des activités supplémentaires payantes. Gros gros bémol : wifi payant et à 10 euros par jour et par appareil !!! Pareil, bouteille d'eau payante aux repas, on a un peu l'impression d'être pris en otage et c'est dommage. Mieux vaudrait un prix légèrement plus élevé mais où tout est compris. The overall cruise was a very good experience the food was better than expected and the staff on the boat were very helpful. I strongly recommend it anyone traveling to Aswan and Luxor and visiting ancient sites. The views of the Nile were breathtaking! The only problem we experienced was our tour guide. He didn’t seem to know much, he would explain the basics and if we had any questions we felt like he didn’t give us clear answers. He was also trying to make us buy things constantly.

Nos encanto nuestro crucero 5* superior , fue con Alexander the Great el camarote muy limpio Y nuevo , la comida buenísima el personal encantador desde el primero al ultimo todo . We loved our superior 5 * cruise, it was with Alexander the Great the cabin was very clean AND new, the food was great the staff were charming from the first to the last. The best was the Mustafa guide, his knowledge of the history of Egypt was impressive, he showed a lot of experience and spoke perfect Spanish.
