The tour is nice and we enjoyed it, but we arrived very late to Tanah Lot and this temple was already closed. It would be better to leave enough time for temples, and not for activities as coffee tasting. Also, the driver could let people know about time limits, so, there would be enough time to arrive to Tanah Lot on time.

Totalmente recomendado. Jose&Júlia Translate this opinion into English.

The tour description says that we will visit 3 lakes but Made only took us to Beratan lake to visit Pura Ulun Danu Beratan. He made a stop at Tegal Sari Luwak Coffee on the way instead so that he could get free coffee. He didn't accompany us inside any of the places. He kept picking his nose and staring at his booger. Got really angry at us when we decided against entering Jatiluwah terrace(40k pp entry) & started abusing me. Rash driving after that & almost hit 2 scooters

We have verified that some of the sites mentioned in the itinerary were not visited. However, the guide of your activity offered you to visit them, but he regrets not having accompanied you inside the temple. We would like to tell you that, taking into account all the details that you have indicated, we are dealing with this internally and taking the necessary actions to improve. We have done a partial refund the reservation in your favour.

The temples and the rice terraces are wonderful. The sights are amazing and our tourist guide was very friendly and kind. We have a great time and we fully appreciate his efforts.
