Una Experiencia Inolvidable en Nusa Penida. Estás acompañado desde que sales del hotel hasta que vuelves, dejándote tu espacio. La actividad de snorkel en Crystal Bay y Manta Bay fue impresionante. No hemos podido disfrutar de esas aguas cristalinas porque el guía nos ha metido prisa y que si nos bañábamos no íbamos a poder disfrutar de los demás lugares etc y luego nos ha sobrado mucho tiempo. Donde nos ha llevado a comer es el peor sin duda de todos los que he estado. Controles de sanidad por ese lugar pasan poco o nada… lleno de moscas, suelo pegajoso, perros pidiendo comida sentados a tu lado… cero recomendable.

Nos dejaron a 10 minutos del puerto porque según ellos había mucho tráfico, y al volver tuvimos que ir a buscar el coche nosotros solos. Solo había guía en inglés y no entendemos demasiado, pero tampoco trató de comunicarse mucho (tampoco había mucho que explicar, son playas simplemente). Hay demasiada gente pero se hacen buenas fotos.

Para empezar, el embarque de ida y vuelta en la lancha fue caótico, con un olor a gasoil que llegaba a marear. En lo que respecta al propio tour, no se avisa en ningún momento el estado tan lamentable de las carreteras, haciendo el recorrido totalmente soporífero e inseguro, igualmente tampoco se indica que se han de bajar y subir escaleras sin existir medidas de seguridad básicas como barandillas o elementos que impidan caídas mortales. La "comida" que se incluye es inaceptable.

La excursión se hizo con mal tiempo pese a avisar con antelacion los días anteriores a Civitatis y al proveedor, ninguno quiso cancelarla. El mar estaba muy revuelto y no pudimos llegar a Manta Bay por el fuerte oleaje. El resto fue normal y la comida incluida estuvo bien, pero quedó la sensación de que se desentienden si hay problemas. Consejo: en Bali es mejor contratar las excursiones allí mismodirectamente con algun provedor local.

Descontenta ya que la descripción que aparece en la web no es la que se realizó. Nos falto tiempo para ver 2 playas, broken beach y ángel's billabong. No comentan la distancia que hay entre una playa y otra, por lo que al quedarnos para ver Tree House, perdimos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo, ya que como muy tarde teníamos que coger el ferry de vuelta a las 5 pm. Ya podían adelantar la recogida del hotel, ya que los ferry salen desde las 6.30 am y esa fue nuestra hora de recogida. Una lástima.

I'm disappointed because the description on the website isn't the exact one we actually got. We didn't have enough time to see two beaches: Broken Beach and Angel's Billabong. They don't mention the distance between the two beaches, so by staying to see Tree House, we wasted most of our time, since we had to catch the ferry back at 5 pm at the latest. They could have picked us up from the hotel earlier, since the ferries leave at 6:30 am, and that was our pick-up time. It's a shame.

La calidad de la actividad dejó mucho que desear. Un guía con mucha prisa, que se saltó dos de las playas incluidas haciéndonos creer que no lo estaban, un restaurante con comida mediocre y ninguna posibilidad de bañarse en las playas visitadas. Si bien Nusa Penida es una isla bonita, lo mejor es que la exploréis por vuestra cuenta o con un tour que ponga más cariño a la experiencia de los visitantes.

The quality of the activity left much to be desired. The guide was in a hurry, skipped two of the included beaches, making us believe they weren't included, the restaurant had mediocre food, and there was no way to swim at the beaches we visited.
