On this tour of LAUS winery, one of the most famous wineries in Barbastro, we'll discover all the secrets of Denominación de Origen Somontano wine and enjoy an exquisite wine-tasting experience.
At the designated time, we'll meet you at the entrance of LAUS Winery. After introductions, we'll start our tour with the Pyrenees in the background.
First, we'll explain the Denominación de Origen del Somontano to learn about the particularities of the grapes grown in this area of Aragon and how they are cared for throughout the year.
We'll continue our tour by walking through the vineyards and the garden, where we'll slowly enter the winery and explore the production area and the barrel room. The barrel room is located 5.65 meters (18.5 feet) underground and can hold up to a total of 3000 barrels. Impressive!
To complete the experience, we'll taste 3 glasses of wine, accompanied by Iberian ham and Manchego cheese. Cheers!
