Eu adorei a visita ao Circuito Chico realizada por vocês, em parceria com uma operadora local. O guia que esteve conosco foi muito bacana. No entanto, quando eu escolhi a Civitatis, levei em consideração que teríamos um guia que falasse português, como diz no anúncio, o que não foi o caso, e por isso acho que vocês deveriam mudar essa questão na descrição do passeio.

I loved the Circuito Chico tour you organized in partnership with a local operator. The guide who was with us was great. However, when I chose Civitatis, I assumed we would have a guide who spoke Portuguese, as stated in the advertisement, which was not the case, and therefore I think you should change this detail in the tour description.

O passeio foi muito bom, mas quero usar o espaço para reclamar que a empresa que operou este e outro passeio, descumpriu o que está escrito que o transfer busca no hotel do centro. Meu hotel ao lado da catedral e calle mitre e nos fizeram andar na chuva, frio e escuro para o ponto de saída. Ainda, em um dos passeios o guia nao falava português como descrito. Mesmo eu mandando um print do anúncio na civitatis nao cumpriram o acordado. Civitatis tem que tomar providências.

The tour was very good, but I want to use this space to complain that the company that operated this and another tour did not fulfill what is written about the transfer picking up at the hotel in the city center. My hotel is next to the cathedral and Calle Mitre, and they made us walk in the rain, cold, and dark to the departure point. Furthermore, on one of the tours, the guide did not speak Portuguese as described. Even though I sent a screenshot of the ad on Civitatis, they did not fulfill the agreement. Civitatis needs to take action.

Lamentamos muito os transtornos causados, especialmente por terem precisado se deslocar até o ponto de encontro em condições de frio, chuva e pouca iluminação. No entanto, gostaríamos de esclarecer que a atividade informa que o serviço de busca está disponível em hotéis no centro de Bariloche e ao longo da Av. Bustillo até o km 8700. Ainda assim, entendemos a frustração diante do que ocorreu e também lamentamos o problema com o idioma do guia. Vamos encaminhar o ocorrido ao operador para que possa ser revisado e evitar situações semelhantes no futuro. Ficamos felizes, pelo menos, que o passeio tenha sido do vosso agrado.

Embora o serviço prestado tenha sido bom no geral, considero que faltou transparência por parte da empresa. Devido às condições climáticas desfavoráveis, estava claro que a visita ao Cerro Campanário não seria proveitosa. No entanto, não fomos alertados sobre isso. Pelo contrário, foi alimentada a expectativa de que seria possível ter visibilidade lá de cima. Como resultado, os turistas foram induzidos a gastar R$ 120,00 por pessoa com o ingresso para subir o cerro, de onde infelizmente não foi

Although the service provided was good overall, I believe there was a lack of transparency on the part of the company. Due to unfavorable weather conditions, it was clear that the visit to Cerro Campanario would not be worthwhile. However, we were not alerted about this. On the contrary, the expectation was raised that it would be possible to have visibility from the top. As a result, tourists were led to spend R$ 120.00 per person on the ticket to climb the hill, from where unfortunately there was no visibility.
