Once we’ve picked you up from your hotel at the agreed time, we’ll set off on our 3-hour private city tour of Berlin. Let’s go!
To begin, we’ll visit the iconic Brandenburg Gate. This elegant monument was commissioned by Frederick William II of Prussia as a symbol of peace. Our next stop will be the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. When we get there, you’ll observe the structures that lie before you and learn about their significance.
The tour will then take us to the location of Hitler’s bunker, which is known as the Führerbunker. After seeing this air raid shelter, we’ll head to the Reich Ministry of the Air and discuss the operations of the Nazi regime’s Luftwaffe.
We’ll then head to the Berlin Wall, a world-famous symbol that marked significant turning points in twentieth-century Europe. Next, we’ll pay a visit to Checkpoint Charlie, which was once the most well-known crossing point between East and West Berlin.
Afterwards, we’ll stroll to Gendarmenmarkt Platz and admire the concert hall and the French and German Churches that are located here. Our tour will continue to Bebelplatz before taking us to Berlin Cathedral.
Having taken in the sight of this Evangelical church, we’ll take you back to your hotel or a central point in the city of your choice. See you next time!
