Free Walking Tour of Modernist Bilbao
Your free walking tour of modern Bilbao will start at the Arriaga Theatre, and from there, we'll head over to Bailén Street to learn about the history of the Concordia Station and a very special skyscraper. We'll then make a stop in front of Abando Indalecio Prieto Station to admire its stained glass windows.
Your free tour will continue to the Plaza Circular, where you'll hear all about Don Diego López de Haro before we make our way over to two of modern Bilabo's most iconic buildings: the Biscay Foral Delegation Palace and the Campos Elíseos Antzokia Theatre.
Not far from here, you'll find Plaza Moyúa, where you can contemplate the Carlton Hotel and the unique façade of the Chávarri Palace. A stunning architectural masterpiece! We'll then continue along Elcano Street, where we'll see the San José Church. At the end of the street, we'll reach Plaza Euskadi, where we'll raise our eyes to the sky to take in the spectacular Iberdrola Tower.
Our free tour will come to an end in front of one of the emblems of modern Bilbao: the famous Guggenheim Museum.
