Located very close to the castles of Blois and Chambord, the iconic Brasserie de Chambord is one of the most popular breweries in the Loire Valley.
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at this special venue, which was born from a collaboration between farmers from the Axéréal cooperative and the Domaine National de Chambord.
Together, they joined forces to create a prestigious and environmentally friendly beer, involving local farmers, grain collectors, and maltsters from the Centre-Loire Valley region. This project aims to promote local products, encouraging proximity and collaboration among all producers in the area.
After a brief introduction, we'll enjoy a tasting of four beers in total. There are many varieties to choose from: lager, wheat beer, amber ale, IPA, cherry, or the alcohol-free Chambord, as well as the exclusive La Chambord Royale.
During the tasting, we'll learn about the characteristics of each beer and the best pairing recommendations for each type. In addition, you'll have an excellent view of the production area from the brewery bar throughout the tasting.
In total, this beer tasting experience will last approximately 20 minutes.
