El trato bien, el barco bien. Pero la audioguía dejaba bastante que desear. Primero, que no estaba ajustada a el momento del trayecto, iba muy adelantada, con lo que escuchabas una explicación sobre algo que no podías ver, y que ibas a ver 5 minutos después. Y segundo, la información en si, el audio, era totalmente banal, cursi, superficial. En definitiva, que no aportaba ninguna información de interés.

The service was good, the boat was fine. But the audio guide left a lot to be desired. First, it wasn't tailored to the time of the trip; it was too early, so you had to listen to an explanation about something you couldn't see, and that you were going to see five minutes later. And second, the information itself, the audio, was completely banal, cheesy, and superficial. In short, it didn't provide any information of interest.

Se ve todo perfectamente porque está acristalado hasta casi el suelo, pero los asientos pegados al cristal hace muchísimo calor porque a nivel de las piernas sale la calefacción. La audioguía no se escuchaba apenas, incluso a volumen máximo, cuando la gente de alrededor hablaba con normalidad. Y como opinión personal considero que el trayecto es un poco largo. Sí lo que buscas es visitar la Isla Margarita, perfecto, pero a nosotros se nos hizo un poco largo el recorrido sobretodo de vuelta.

El crucero fue muy bien , pero tuvimos un problema serio para llegar al punto de encuentro. La app de Civitatis nos dirigió mal a un lugar que no era . Al darnos cuenta iniciamos nuevamente el pedido de ubicación en la app y esa vez nos dirigió bien , pero llegamos tarde al crucero. El recorrido del barco es perfecto y la duración es adecuada. La narración del audioguia resulta amena e interesante… Como pegas les diré que las consumiciones que ofrecen en el barco son más que mejorables: tomamos un vino blanco y otro tinto y ninguno de los dos estaba bueno… una pena pero bueno, las vistas del Parlamento desde el Danubio valen la pena!! Nos encantó la actividad, tanto el barco como la audiguia estan muy bien. Además te incluye tanto una copa de vino/champan/refresco como una limonada casera. Estaba todo muy rico y el personal es muy amable. Las vistas desde el rio son preciosas, recomendamos la ultima hora del dia para ver el atardecer. We loved the activity; both the boat and the audio guide were excellent. It also includes a glass of wine/champagne/soft drink, as well as homemade lemonade. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The views from the river are beautiful. We recommend the late afternoon to watch the sunset. Los chicos jovenes que atendían lo mejor, muy amables, sin embargo el sistema de audio de uno de los asientos no funcionaba (tenia etiqueta de “out of order”) y solo pudimos usar uno de los auriculares. Solo se escuchaba por un lado y mas bien bajo a pesar de poner el volumen al maximo. Las explicaciones se daban para quien fuera en la cupula acristalada delantera, pero como hacia un calor de demonios, alli no habia nadie y la mayoria estabamos en la parte trasera del barco donde no te valian.

The young people who served us were the best, very friendly. However, the audio system on one of the seats didn't work (it was labeled "out of order"), and we were only able to use one of the headphones. The sound could only be heard from one side and was rather low even with the volume turned up to maximum. Instructions were given to whoever was in the front glass dome, but since it was incredibly hot, there was no one there, and most of us were in the back of the boat where they were of no use.

El barco podría mejorarse, solo hay una parte abierta y queda en sentido contrario de la dirección del barco; y tienen instalada una pantalla, que no se usa, que impide parte de las vistas.
