At the indicated time, we'll experience a classic Argentine grill in Palmero, one of the main neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.

During the experience, we'll learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat, as well as how they are prepared and cooked. They'll also explain the history of the Argentine asado, one of the main hallmarks of South American gastronomy.
