Falta total de información básica: había que perseguirle constantemente y nunca estuvo presente salvo para vender extras. Un día nos quedamos sin cena pese a estar pagada. Mala organización de los traslados e itinerario partido por un crucero donde hubo muchos casos de gastroenteritis impropios de un paquete Luxury, que bien lo cobran. A good experience despite Civitatis and Mostafa, our assigned local agent. There was a complete lack of basic information: we had to constantly chase him down, and he was never available except to sell extras. Foi uma ótima experiência. Todos os transportes eram muito bons, os restaurantes com ótima e farta comida, os guias excelentes, conhecedores da história e com um ótimo português/portunhol. Houve apenas um problema mais sério, onde eu e um colega perdemos o voo do Cairo para Luxor por um problema que não nos foi explicado claramente o motivo, e para não perdemos o cruzeiro, tivemos que ir de carro durante 10 horas noite adentro, prejudicando um pouco nosso tour. Mas no final deu tudo certo.

It was a great experience. All the transportation was very good, the restaurants had great and plentiful food, the guides were excellent, knowledgeable about history and spoke great Portuguese/Portunhol (a mix of Portuguese and Spanish). There was only one serious problem, where a colleague and I missed our flight from Cairo to Luxor due to a problem whose reason wasn't clearly explained to us, and in order not to miss the cruise, we had to drive for 10 hours into the night, slightly disrupting our tour. But in the end, everything worked out.
