En general cumplió con la expectativa por la relación precio-calidad. De lo bueno, algunos guias fueron excelentes y realmente esta todo resuelto en el paquete. De lo malo, mala comunicación de las actividades y cronograma, y que había actividades que eran 100% de venta, como el "museo" del papiro, o el de las especias. Los guías Ashraf y Ahmed de 10, amenos, con muchísimo conocimiento y muy agradables. En cuanto a la comida y los locales donde nos llevaron, dejan bastante que desear. A la llegada sí nos acompañaron con los trámites de inmigración pero a la salida, ni vino al aeropuerto, ni informó de los trámites ni nada. La guía de la web es orientativa, porque lo que eran dos días se convirtieron en una mañana para dejar un día libre y venderte actividades extra. Egipto y guías 10, lo demás vergonzoso.

El operador local de Civitatis en Egipto, Dunas Travel, hizo cambios de ultimo momento en el itinerario que se comunicaban al momento y si bien cubrimos los lugares prometidos muchas veces lo hicimos con una exigencia fisica alta. En el viaje al hotel nos vendió la SIM que pedimos por Civitatis (6€) por 25€ quitando el valor de la tarjeta ya comprada, diciendo que la que pedimos era sin datos, solamente llamadas. Apretaba muchísimo para vender más excursiones y pedía un adelanto en efectivo. Una vez de vuelta intentaba cobrar una gran cantidad deciendo que no habíamos pagado todo el viaje. En total, con él muy decepcionados.

Sin duda, este circuito te permite visitar casi todo Egipto en tan solo una semana y es pasable. Pero debes saber que tu experiencia depende de mucho: vas corriendo todo el rato, masificación, harás lo que la agencia quiera con horarios malos a veces (acabar el crucero a las 13 para llegar al hotel en el Cairo a las 00:30 y perder el tiempo cansado), te lo compactan para que compres actividades extra, el guía-ya que los subcontratan (Taha muy bien),etc. Está ok e incluye todo pero sé consciente.

Nos agruparon las actividades programadas para dejarnos días libres y así ofrecernos otros extra. Pagadas a parte, evidentemente. Además, había competencia entre el guía y nuestro referente por la venta de las mismas. Todo está enfocado a que pagues más y resulta agotador. Por otro lado, se cumplió el programa, los y las guías pusieron mucho interés y hablaban castellano perfectamente. Fue un viaje muy agradable, salvo por el contrapunto expuesto anteriormente.

La ida a Alejandria el 7 agosto fue un viaje largo con un guía que no hacía mayores explicaciones y lo más importante la biblioteca fue un tiempo mínimo que ni se pudo visitar. Tener cuidado al elegir los guías. El vehículo de trasporte incómodo y el guía comentó que el conductor estaba trasnochado por trabajo. Lo que causa inseguridad .
