If you'd like to have a fun-filled day of adventure, our Chiang Rai Buggy & Kayak Tour is a great fit for you! You'll drive a buggy through the outskirts of Chiang Rai and row down the Kok River.
At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Rai. From there, we'll drive to the spot where the buggies are parked so we can start our 3 hour buggy tour.
After getting a few simple tips on how to drive these powerful vehicles, we'll start our engines and begin exploring the outskirts of Chiang Rai. When booking your activity, you'll be able to choose between two different routes, depending on your experience and preferences. The first of these routes will take you to an elephant sanctuary where you'll see these giant mammals from just a few metres away. If you're lucky, you may also be able to feed them and watch them bathe in the water.
If you choose the second option, we'll drive the buggies through some of the most rugged mountain terrain in the area. We'll drive up steep slopes and hills and swerve past all sorts of obstacles during this exhilarating experience.
At midday, we'll get out of the buggies and offer you a delicious traditional lunch in the middle of nature. With our energy back, we'll head to the banks of the Kok River and hop into our kayaks. We'll take a fun tour down the river until we reach an area with hot springs, where we'll sure you'll enjoy a dip.
We'll then take you back to your hotel in Chiang Rai, where we should arrive at around 4 pm.
