On this day trip to Mostar and the Kravice Waterfalls, we'll discover the fascinating history of Bosnia and Herzegovina and visit a place that looks like something out of a dream.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the meeting point in Dubrovnik to set off on this trip, travelling along the road that runs parallel to the Dalmatian Coast. We'll head towards the border for our first stop in Neum. After taking some photos and having a coffee, we'll set off for the Kravice waterfalls.

Once there, you'll have an hour of free time in this area on the banks of the Trezibat River, one of the most beautiful natural spots in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its waterfalls can reach heights of up to 30 m (98 ft)! It's also a great place for a swim, with several natural pools that maintain a constant and very pleasant temperature.

Next, we'll follow the course of the River Neretva until we reach the famous city of Mostar. There, we'll reflect on the Yugoslav Wars, during which the Old Bridge of Mostar was destroyed. You’ll see its reconstructed structure, now a symbol of peace and reconciliation and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You'll then have 2 hours at your leisure to have lunch and take a leisurely stroll through Mostar’s old town, which is dotted with mosques, bazaars and other historic sites well worth a visit.

Finally, we'll begin our return journey to Dubrovnik, arriving back at the meeting point in the Croatian city after an 11-hour trip.
