La experiencia fue maravillosa, la Toscana es preciosa y vale mucho la pena recorrerla! Además, nuestras guias Martina y Gaia fueron encantadoras y se encargaron durante todo el día de dar las explicaciones y las recomendaciones tanto en inglés como en español. Lo único que no nos gustó de la excursión fueron los tiempos de visita en cada lugar, que se quedan cortos teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de cosas que hay para visitar en cada uno de ellos. La actividad estuvo bien, pero no fue gran cosa. En la publicidad parece más de lo que es. En Siena no merece la pena pagar el tour. Es muy corto y no ves nada. Tienes que verlo al final por tu cuenta. No compensa. Y en la publicidad pone Chianti y al final es una bodega para una cata que tampoco merece la pena, en absoluto.

Bueno la puntualidad para salir mala y para llegar peor fue en 2 idiomas mientras la guía explica la gente hablaba osea q no me enteré de casi nada al conducir le di los buenos días y ni respondió osea q desastre total también pensé q pasaría por algún pueblo colorido como salen en las fotos pero bueno no lo recomiendo

Well, punctuality was bad and to arrive even worse, it was in 2 languages while the guide explained, people spoke, meaning I didn't understand almost anything. While driving, I said good morning and he didn't even respond, meaning a total disaster. Creo que la actividad es razonable, la guía es muy buena, explica todo muy bien, solo que el conductor del bus cuando hacia mucho calor (ida) puso el AC muy bajo y cuando ya no hacía tanto calor (de regreso) puso el AC muy fuerte, estábamos todos congelados. Otro punto a mejorar es que te venden un almuerzo en un restoran que queda un tanto lejos de los lugares más atractivos, sería mejor comer mirando la plaza o algo así.

No pudimos hacer la excursión entera por el mal tiempo y nosotras no pudimos ir al punto del encuentro y tuvimos que llamar a la central para explicar que nos pasaba y nos dijo que no nos podia esperar y tuvimos que pagar de nuestro bolsillo un tren y un taxi para poder llegar a Siena en ningún momento nos dio el tf de la guía por lo que nos costo encontrarla mucho tiempo y al final cuando la encontramos seguimos con el grupo el resto dela excursión la hicimos con ellos y todo bien

We couldn't do the whole excursion because of the bad weather and we couldn't go to the meeting point and we had to call the central office to explain what was happening to us and they told us that they couldn't wait for us and we had to pay for a train and a taxi out of our own pocket to get to Siena. They never gave us the guide's phone number so it took us a long time to find her and in the end when we found her we continued with the group and we did the rest of the excursion with them and everything was fine.
