We’ll meet at the indicated time at 30 Main Road, right in the heart of Franz Josef, ready to embark on an adventure through rugged landscapes and pristine wilderness.
Before we head out on our adventure, we'll go over some safety guidelines and learn how to safely drive the quads to ensure a fun and safe experience. Then, we'll throw on our helmets and, if it's raining, waterproof jackets, trousers and boots.
Throughout the experience, we’ll drive through a combination of riverbeds, rainforest tracks, and an ancient glacier bed, all against the spectacular backdrop of the Southern Alps and Franz Josef Glacier. With our guide leading the way, we'll be immersed in a landscape that feels as though you’ve stepped into a Jurassic-era rainforest.
If the weather’s on our side, we'll enjoy some of the best views of Franz Josef Glacier right from the township. But if the rain sets in, don’t worry—the wetter it gets, the better! This off-road adventure is Franz Josef’s ultimate rainy day activity—you'll have a blast while splashing through puddles. Rain or shine, the rainforest comes alive in all its glory, and we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped to stay warm and dry throughout the tour.
Finally, after an unforgettable 2 hours of off-road thrills, our off-road adventure will come to an end.
