Os recogeremos a la hora indicada en vuestro hotel de Madeira y desde allí nos desplazaremos en un vehículo 4x4 hacia el norte.
Realizaremos la primera parada en el mirador del Pico dos Barcelos, que ofrece vistas espectaculares sobre la bahía de la capital, donde el océano Atlántico se funde con el horizonte en una sinfonía de azules infinitos.
Continuaremos nuestro viaje adentrándonos en las majestuosas montañas hacia Curral das Freiras, un valle legendario envuelto en historia y misterio. Este refugio natural debe su nombre a las monjas del convento de Santa Clara de Funchal, quienes encontraron aquí un santuario seguro durante los ataques de los corsarios franceses en los siglos XV y XVI. Rodeado por imponentes macizos montañosos, este pintoresco pueblo se extiende como una joya escondida en el corazón del valle, donde podréis degustar por vuestra cuenta licores artesanales, repostería tradicional y productos únicos de la región.
El punto culminante de nuestra expedición será la ascensión al Pico Arieiro, situado a una impresionante altitud de 1818 metros. Desde esta cumbre, se desplegará ante vosotros un panorama extraordinario: vistas panorámicas que abarcan la accidentada costa, profundos valles y picos vecinos que se alzan majestuosos hacia el cielo.
Finalmente, concluiremos esta excursión de 4 horas regresando a vuestro hotel de Funchal.
