Once in the Old Town, we’ll observe the evolution of the island’s urban planning and its narrow streets, which have adapted to the region’s volcanic topography. We’ll continue to the Socorro and Villa Guida viewpoints, where we’ll enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Funchal Bay.

Afterward, we’ll explore the São Pedro neighborhood, stopping in front of the Convent of Santa Clara, founded in the 15th century, and at Quinta das Cruzes, a former noble residence linked to the Portuguese discoveries.
Before wrapping up, we’ll pass through the Municipal Garden and Santa Catarina Park, 2 green spaces rich in botanical diversity.
