With the PADI Open Water Scuba Diving course, you'll become an expert diver submerging yourself around Gili Trawangan, an Indonesian paradise island.
PADI Open Water Diving Course
This 3 day course is perfect to learn how to scuba dive in open waters. The theoretical stage will take place at the scuba diving centre at Gili Trawangan's Pesona Beach Resort & Spa hotel. Do you know why this Indonesian island is one of the main diving paradises in South East Asia? You're about to find out!
Over the three days of the course, we'll follow the guidelines marked in the PADI Open Water training, and you'll receive an official certificate at the end of the course. On the first day, training will include five videos to get to know the situations we'll be faced with underwater. We'll also carry out prior training with all of the equipment in the centre's pool.
When the instructors consider that the group has reached the appropriate level of training, then the following two days we'll carry out a total of 4 submersions around the open waters of Gili Trawangan. On one day we'll do two scuba dives to a maximum depth of 12 metres and the next day we'll carry out two more submersions of up to 18 metres. Octopus, cuttlefish, clownfish... The marine fauna on the Gili archipelago awaits us!
