Day Trip Details
On the morning of your tour, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Ready to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta? Let's get started!
The first stop on your adventure will be at the Cu Chi Tunnels. This enormous network of underground passageways was used by Vietcong soldiers during the Vietnam-America War to hide from the US military, as well as serving as communication and supply routes - they actually stretched underneath much of the country! Enter the tunnels and feel a chill as you crawl along in the dark, remembering the tragic events of the conflict.
Leaving this historic site behind, you'll make your way across the luscious rice paddies of southern Vietnam in the direction of the waterfront city of My Tho. You'll enjoy a delicious typical lunch here in a local restaurant, before climbing aboard a traditional boat to enjoy a cruise along the canals of the Mekong River.
Your boat trip will take you to the peaceful town of Ben Tre, located in the heart of the Mekong Delta. After admiring the beautiful landscapes that cover this area of Southeast Asia, you'll be taken for one final sweet treat: visiting a coconut candy factory! A delicious way to end the day.
Then, we'll make the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City.

We can drop you off at the hotel of your choice in District 1 or at 123 Ly Tu Trong Street.
Hotel Pickup
Hotel pickup and drop–off services are included in this activity for those staying in districts 1, 3, and 4 of Ho Chi Minh City (except the areas of Tan Dihn and Dakao. If your hotel is outside this designated area, we'll meet you instead at 123 Ly Tu Trong Street, District 1 at 7:35 am.
