At Diamond Heart: We had a car and they didn't accept Go City passes to get in. At Kalam Ranch, we booked 2 activities in the day, 24 hours before we were notified that we had to choose only one. I got tired of communicating by wshap and mail with Civitatis, they only receive the complaint, and every time they answer you, you have to explain everything that happened again. Very very tiring and frustrating to have these inconveniences while on vacation.

In the web description of this pass we specify exactly everything included in it. On the other hand, the way to reserve and the hours of each entry depend on the organization of each of these places. We're sorry you weren't able to see this information earlier. Opinion translated. Show original.
