Superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito organizado. Nosso motorista foi super tranquilo e a nossa guia Seda foi sensacional. Super amorosa, paciente e competente. Translate this opinion into English.

It exceeded my expectations. Everything was very well organized. Our driver was super calm and our guide, Seda, was sensational. Super loving, patient, and competent. The hotels are of a great standard, and only the last restaurant, arriving in Istanbul, left something to be desired. I recommend taking the tour without any worries! Opinion translated. The bus ride was quite long, which is to be expected given the long distances. We visited many places, and our guide, Ugur, explained them very well. The hotels were very good. The only downside was that in Pamukkale, there was very little time to see the travertine monkeys and enjoy the rest of the resort. Similarly, at our hotel, we only had 20 minutes to visit the natural hot springs. Otherwise, everything was very good and enjoyable. Opinion translated. Show original.

En general muy bien Translate this opinion into English.

I loved everything. The guide Orkum (excellent), the driver, the places we visited, the experiences we had. The hotels are fine, although there's room for improvement. Still, everything was great. Except for the shopping tours, which I would reduce the time spent on historical visits. Overall, very good. Opinion translated. Show original.

Fast-paced and fun, the guide Orgut was excellent in his explanations, as was the bus driver. What wasn't great were some of the rest stops, which were chaotic, with people shouting, and the food was a disaster. Some hotels also didn't live up to their 4/5 star rating; they seemed more like 2 stars. Something very important that the whole group didn't like was the lack of a stop at the tomb of Saint John; we felt that was inconsiderate to the Catholics. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very well-organized activity, visiting places of great interest. Our guide explained everything very well and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills at all times. We were in a great group. The hotels where we stayed were of excellent quality. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very rich but exhausting due to long hours on the bus without being able to stand up or even talk because the guide Murat, always very rude and coarse, would argue. Quick stops for the bathroom (there was none on the bus) and meals, and long stops for stores where the guide ostentatiously watched what was bought because he earned commissions. We had some reasonable hotels, one good hotel (Dinler) and one hotel very below criticism, the La Bianca or Blanca, something like that, which doesn't even deserve one star.

It went very well except for the first day, when the morning schedule wasn't followed. I couldn't have breakfast because the pick-up time had changed the day before from 8:00 to 7:50. I was surprised when they picked me up and put me on another bus to get off near the university area, and then told me we were going to the Grand Bazaar for two and a half hours and then from the Grand Bazaar to the Balat neighborhood for another couple of hours. I had arrived in Istanbul five days earlier and had already been to both places. It wasn't on the program.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize for the inconvenience you mentioned on the first day, both regarding the change in pick-up time and the reorganization of the program. In some cases, the order of visits may be modified due to operational reasons, traffic, group logistics, or specific circumstances at the destination, in order to ensure the excursion runs smoothly. Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was fantastic, the places visited were very well chosen, and the guide, Orkun, was incredibly knowledgeable. The only downside was that they were very lenient with people who arrived late to the bus, and in the end, delays accumulated, cutting into our time at the last visits. From my point of view, if time is going to be cut from something, it should be from shopping, not from museums or archaeological sites. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was very comprehensive, and the best part was our guide, Murat, who was wonderful. His experience and genuine enjoyment of his work are evident. I think the description needs updating or more detail for each day. Our least favorite part was the jeep safari excursion. It's essentially repeating the morning route but in areas inaccessible to the bus. To make matters worse, it rained, and they refused to cancel it, so we didn't enjoy it at all because we got soaked and covered in mud. Opinion translated. Show original.

Due to a taxi error, we had to walk quite a distance to the meeting point. The driver was quite rude and didn't pay attention to the explanation. However, once we met our guide, Murat, everything changed. He gives clear instructions, explains things very well, is very knowledgeable, and it's clear he loves what he does. A beautiful tour! Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.
