The excursion to Cappadocia was fine without any problems with the local guide. The problem arose on the way back when the Civitatis driver got carried away and did not want the guy who translated into Spanish to get on. Claiming that the van had 6 seats and we were 6 passengers. Even though the two seats were free, the driver's and the co-pilot's for the guide. He took us out of the airport after shouting at the guide and then came back for him, I suppose on the instructions of his boss. In the end, he got on for 1 hour.

They picked us up at the hotel, everything was fine. The guide was very good. Now, regarding the transfer from the Cappadocia airport to the meeting place with Fatima, it was very bad. She stopped 15 minutes after leaving the airport to smoke and have coffee. Then, on the way back, Fatima left us in a place that was filthy and then they abandoned us at the airport without tickets. VERY BAD SERVICE

We visited everything essential but the guide was bad. He spoke softly and barely understood Spanish.

More information should be given about the activity. You depend on the guide assigned to you at the destination to do it and it hasn't gone very well for us, and when they dropped us off at the Cappadocia airport on our way back to Istanbul we didn't know anything about the return flight or the plane tickets and the It's true that we had a bad time. In the end it was solved, but it could have been avoided if they had sent us the corresponding information by WhatsApp or by email.

I booked a trip to see Cappadocia and they took me to buy carpets (to a factory to try to sell me carpets) and to a jewelry workshop to try to sell me gold and precious stones. I paid to visit Cappadocia. I have never wanted to go shopping, to buy is not It was necessary to hire a guide and a trip, the driver who took us to the airport drove like a crazy person and without repeating any driving rules. Very bad experience.
