At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and head west to the legendary city of Troy. Let's explore one of the most important sites in Greek mythology!
Firstly, we'll travel to Eceabat, on the shore of the Dardanelles. Along the way, we'll make a stop for a break and, upon arriving in the town, you'll have free time to eat breakfast at a restaurant.
Then, we'll catch a 25-minute ferry to Çanakkale. Here, we'll board the minibus again to travel to our final destination, one of the most famous ancient cities. Let's start our Tour of Troy!
Once here, we'll explore the archaeological zone of Troy, the perfect tour to learn about its myths and legends. As we explore the ruins, discovered in 1871 by Heinrich Schliemann, we'll find the city's defensive walls, altars, remains of houses and, of course, a replica of the famous Trojan Horse.
What's real and what's fiction in the Trojan War? What are the secrets of the Iliad of Homer? We'll travel 3000 years back in time to learn all about the life of the inhabitants of Troy.
After this historic journey, we'll return to Çanakkale to take the ferry to Eceabat. Here, we'll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we'll start our journey back to Istanbul, where we'll arrive 18 hours after initial pickup.

This day trip includes hotel pickup and drop-off from hotels in the Taksim or Sultanahmet areas. Please be ready for pickup between 6-6:20 am in Taksim and 6:30-7 am in Sultanahmet.
If your accommodation is outside these areas, we'll contact you to agree on a nearby meeting point.
