Careful about the round trip ticket! We boarded the Javea - Denia ferry and re boarded at Denia to find out we were on a cruising excursion instead of returning to Javea, and we were left stranded at the end of our tour with nothing but a 30 minute taxi to get us back to Javea port.

Boat trip itself was great and no issues with either journey. Only problem was lack if signs at Xabia port meaning we were worried we were in the wrong place. A sign with the companies name on would help a lot.

It was a lovely trip but no safety briefing before we left. This is required by law. Also, please fix ladies toilet door, you can’t lock it! Also the music was too loud on deck, most of the guests were older couples and families with small children.

We had a fantástico ferry in the catamarán grom Javea to Dénia. And this was mainly encause we were surprised with a group of Spanish primaire schoolchildren (I think a total of around 50) age about 8 which made the trip do very cheerful and fun. Felt a child myself the whole trip long

Excellent left on time, was comfortable and a pleasant crew However, on the way out from Javea departure was given as 13.00 and we were told to be there 30 mins before From Denia the detours was given as 16.00 with no mention of 30 mins early. We got there at 15.45 for a 1600 departure but actually we found the ship was due to leave until 16.30. In fact it dint leave until 16.45 so we wasted an hour of our time in Denia in the hot sun waiting. You need to make this more clear. Othewis

Cuando nos presentamos con la media hora estipulada nos indicaron que había un problema: que a esa hora no era posible volver, que nos dejaban sin vuelta. Dos preguntas:¿ cómo es posible que me dejen reservar una actividad que no existe.?Y ¿cómo es posible que teniendo mi mail, mi teléfono esperaran hasta tenerme allí para informarme del problema?. No repetiré con ustedes.

I booked the two-hour ferry to Dénia, round-trip from Jávea. When we showed up at the scheduled half-hour mark, they told us there was a problem: that it wasn't possible to return at that time, and that they wouldn't let us return. Two questions: how is it possible they let me book an activity that doesn't exist? And how is it possible that, with my email and phone number, they waited until I was there to inform me of the problem? I won't be back with you again.

Recommend this trip. Beautiful clear blue sea and coastline relaxing journey. Views amazing as you enter Denia and can see the castle overlooking the harbour.

We booked the ferry to Denia to leave Javea at 11 am in the morning and then return on the 4 pm ferry back to Javea. We arrived to find at least 50 young children along with their teacher minders waiting to board. Once we were aboard and ready to depart one of the crew members approached us to inform us that the ferry would return to Javea not at 4 pm but turn around and come straight back to Javea along with the youngsters at 12 pm. Not happy spending 30 euros on a waisted trip.

We have confirmed that the schedule has changed after the summer season. We deeply regret not having this information before. We'll make sure to correct this information as soon as possible. Thank you for your review.
