The excursion was very good. The guide was very nice and explained everything very well. Her name was Ursula, and she speaks Spanish very well, since all the guides there are required to be Polish. We chose the option of being picked up from our hotel, and the driver, Sylwester, despite only speaking Polish, was wonderful. He not only drove us but also guided us and advised us on everything we needed during the excursion. Opinion translated. Show original.

The driver who picked us up in Katowice was very kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and understood everything, especially on the drive from Auschwitz to Birkenau. The guided tour of the museum was interesting, although a bit quick; in several rooms, we would have liked more time to explore in more depth. Still, a highly recommended experience. Visita davvero tosta . Translate this opinion into English.

Really tough visit. Seeing it is something else than hearing about it, two hours for Auschwitz and a good unit for Birkenau. Excellent guide (Margherita), everything organized to perfection, from the meeting point to the return to Katowice. Opinion translated. Show original.

SuperCracow was willing to rectify my mistake, we communicated via WhatsApp and it was convenient to solve the problem. The service is divided into two parts, one related to the round-trip transportation, there is always an escort present on the bus and at the entrances of the Auschwitz museum; then the actual visit of the museum is conducted by a direct guide. Assolutamente consigliata! Translate this opinion into English.

Heartbreaking experience but one to be “lived” to keep alive the memory of all the people brutally killed by human fury. Great credit to the guide who, with excellent rhetoric and tone of voice, was able to convey data and facts that moved us. Absolutely recommended! Opinion translated. Show original.
