Make the most of one of the best dive locations in Thailand with this Sail Rock diving day trip. This is only available for Certified Divers.
At 7 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Koh Samui and make our way to the dive centre. Upon arrival, there will be a welcome breakfast consisting of coffee, tea and biscuits, before getting on the boat.
After approximately an hour on the boat, we'll reach Sail Rock, one of the world's best diving enclaves, and only appropriate for certified divers. The rock acts as a meeting point for all of the fish in the surrounding area and is unique because you can actually go down into the rock. From the boat, you'll only see a rock peeking up from the sea but its true beauty lies beneath.
We'll check our equipment with our companion and jump into the sea. While you swim down you'll discover that the tales of the area are true, as well as seeing the many different marine species including the whale shark. Make sure you keep an eye out!
Once we've used up our oxygen, we'll head back up to shore to enjoy a delicious buffet style lunch consisting of rice, noodles, fish and fresh fruit. It'll be the perfect moment to share with your travel companions.
After our waiting time is up, we'll carry out the second dive and continue exploring the depths of Sail Rock, as well as its secrets hidden below the surface.
We'll head back to Koh Samui when we've finished the second dive, and take you to your hotels at 1.30 pm.
Only divers with international certification can participate in this activity (PADI, SSI or similar). On the day of the activity, you must take your ID with you and present it to your guide if not you won't be able to participate.
This activity includes pick up at hotels located in the centre of Koh Samui. If you're staying in the western or southern areas of the island, you must pay an additional fee of 800 TBH (26 USD approx.) per person on the day of the activity.
