Kuala Lumpur Culture Tour
Having picked you up at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, we begin our route around the Malaysian capital by visiting the famous Chinatown.
Here we'll see the stunning decoration of Sin Sze Si Ya, the oldest Taoist temple in the city. And as an example of the contrast and integration of the various different religions in the city, only 600 metres away you can find the Sri Mahamariamman temple, a centre of Hindu worship. You can try to decode the messages hidden within the sculptures of its gigantic tower!
To conclude our tour of Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown we'll stop in front of another majestic temple in the area: Sin Sze Si Ya. You'll be amazed by the story of its construction!
The route then continues to another temple, but this time dedicated to the Islamic religion. This is the Masjid Jamek mosque. We'll appreciate elements of its exterior architecture that combine different styles, resulting in a spectacular monument.
In front of the mosque is the Merdeka Square, known as the place where the Sultan Abdul Samad building can be found, the headquarters of Malaysia's courts. After taking photos in front of its iconic facade, we'll begin our journey back to the hotel.
