Much better than anticipated. We were picked up in a mini van, so small group maybe because it's end of October. After 30min drive we arrived jn Villaflores for dinner. The food was quite ok, and lots of wine. After another 30min we reached the national park. Room for improvement is to find a place with less cars and less light pollution as the night sky view gets distorted. The explanation itself of the night sky was good, the visibility of the sky was amazing. Then the way back was a bit long

Ha sido una experiencia muy bonita para las niñas y para mí. Tuvimos la suerte de contar con el mejor guía y el mejor conductor. No olvidemos la cena.El sitio es espectacular,el trato y la comida exquisitos. Y para terminar estar ahí arriba con ese cielo nos dejó con la boca abierta!!

Excellent meal with plenty of Reverón wine. Took some memorable pictures as well. Really friendly staff, they went from table to table to talk with us about our experience. Effective trip planning - announcing the time of arrival via Whatsapp. The night time view of Teide is spectacularly spooky.It was also convenient that we arrived just in time to see Venus, then all the other things. I suggest providing an alternative trip with longer time for taking long exposure skyline photos.

The tour went well on the overall, the dinner was good, and the guide was well prepared. Unlike in other were there were endless explanations in 3-4 languages, here was ok. The downsides were the pickup time which was not clearly specified, so we waited almost one hour for the bus, and then we had only one hour for stargazing. For star photography, what I did, was too short time. Considering the long exposure for stars, and the full moon which was perturbing, it meant I could take just a few...

La explicación en las cañadas con el guía fue genial. Lo mejor de toda la excursión. La cena bien aunque depende del número tienes que compartir mesa. Lo peor es la vuelta del autobús para recoger a todo el mundo de sus hoteles, se hace muy largo.

La excursión fue muy didáctica, aunque nos pareció algo corta: 1 hora. Lo peor fue que el guía la hizo, además de en español, en inglés, alemán y, en algunas ocasiones, en italiano, lo que se contradice con la normativa de esa excursión: 2 idiomas: la cortesía se convirtió en pesadez. Y más pesadez la recogida de los clientes en sus respectivos hoteles. Nosotros estuvimos una hora y media danzando de un lado a otro. La visita merece la pena

Lo único bueno de esta excursión ha sido, por orden, las explicaciones del guía durante el trayecto, la contemplación de las estrellas y las explicaciones del astrónomo. El resto totalmente prescindible y a nuestro entender mal organizado. La cena en la bodega mala, escasa y a las siete de la tarde. La vuelta a los hoteles pésima y muy larga (casi dos horas): si los clientes son de distintas zonas alejadas entre sí no se deberían mezclar todos en un mismo autobús. Para lo que es, precio elevado.

ME PARECE LAMENTABLE QUE SE HAGA UNA ACTIVIDAD DE OBSERVACIÓN DE ESTRELLAS CON LA LUNA AL 80%. ES COMO SI VOY A HACER UN AVISTAMIENTO DE BALLENAS Y ME DEJAN EN EL PUERTO AMARRADO Y ME DICEN QUE NO SE PUEDEN VER PORQUE HAY TEMPORAL. EL CLIENTE SOLO DEBERÍA PREOCUPARSE DE DISFRUTAR,NO ESTAR INVESTIGANDO SI HAY LUNA O NO. ENCIMA EL COSTE DE LA EXCURSIÓN ES DESPROPORCIONADO, LA CENA NO VALE NI 10€, UNA CREMA DE CALABACÍN Y TRES TROZOS DE LOMO...EN FIN. YA NO VOY A HABLAR DE LAS 4 HORAS DE BUS.ESTAFA

IT IS AS IF I AM GOING TO MAKE A WHALE WATCHING AND THEY LEAVE ME MOORED IN THE PORT AND TELL ME THAT THEY CANNOT BE SEEN BECAUSE THERE IS A STORM. THE CLIENT SHOULD ONLY WORRY ABOUT ENJOYING, NOT INVESTIGATING IF THERE IS A MOON OR NOT. ON TOP OF IT THE COST OF THE EXCURSION IS DISPROPORTIONATE, THE DINNER IS NOT WORTH EVEN €10, A COURGETTE CREAM AND THREE PIECES OF LOIN...IN THE END. I AM NOT GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE 4 HOURS OF BUS. SCAM
