Arcachon Helicopter Tour
Enjoy the Arcachon Helicopter Tour, where you'll get a bird's eye view of the famous Dune du Pilat, the highest dune in Europe - a unique experience!
Arcachon Helicopter Tour
At the time of your choice, we'll take off from Arcachon-La Teste airfield to enjoy the best views of this area of New Aquitaine.
We'll start the helicopter ride flying over the sandbanks located south of the city of Arcachon. Our first view will be of the Arguin Natural Reserve. You'll be surprised to see from the air the intense golden colour of this gigantic sand bank.
In front of the yellowish mounds of Arguin, we'll contemplate the dune du Pilat, the highest dune in Europe, reaching no less than 110 metres! This large hill is part of the Landes de Gascogne Natural Park, one of the most beautiful areas in western France.
We'll continue the helicopter ride over the côte d'Argent or silver coast, also called the Landes coast. We'll also fly over Cape Ferret Pyla and the coast of the town of Audenge. From there, the flight will continue along the bay that bathes the coasts of picturesque villages such as Gujan-Mestras and Le Teich.
After a flight of approximately 12 minutes, we'll conclude the helicopter ride by landing at the departure aerodrome.
