Tour Description

At the time of your choice time we'll meet at 5A Avenida Norte in La Unión and board a bus for a one-hour ride to the base of the Conchagua volcano.

Once there, we'll change the bus for a 4x4 vehicle that will help us climb to the top of the volcano. We'll drive through the rocky terrain until we reach our destination: the Espiritu de la Montaña viewpoint, one of the most spectacular places in the area!

We'll enjoy admiring the views from its wooden platform and taking lots of pictures of the beautiful views. We'll also take a nice walk in the surroundings and try to discover the local wildlife. What will we find?

Afterwards, we'll visit a small museum about Lenca culture and hike for about 15 minutes to see other views of the Gulf of Fonseca and the eastern coast of El Salvador. After enjoying the panoramic views, we'll descend back down to the base of the volcano and re-board the bus.

We'll end the excursion by dropping you back at the starting point after 5.5 hours of fun.
