Nunca se contacto conmigo previamente Yo llaméun día antes y no me atendieron al telefono Estuve en punto de encuentro 15 minutos antes del horario pick up y NO PASARON a buscarme aunque ellos dicen q si Yo me acerque a cada bus que tacestacionó con ei voucher y ninguna era. Llame, solo atienden en ingles despues de varios min me dieron la opcion hacer la misma exc a la tarde. Volvi al punto de encuentro. A partir de esta situación ellos se comunicaban conmigo x wp. They never contacted me beforehand. I called the day before and no one answered the phone. 100% recomendado! Los capitanes muy simpáticos y profesionales, el paseo en avioneta ESPECTACULAR! El único pero es que tratamos de confirmar la reserva con la compañía via email y nadie me respondió. Pasamos un poco de angustia cuando el dia de la excursión llegamos al hotel de recogida y no sabíamos donde teníamos que ir ni quien nos iba a recoger. Tuvimos un problema y fue que no nos indicaron horario ni lugar de recogida, Y como nuestro vuelo era 07:30 am necesitábamos estar súper temprano listos, el mismo dia de nuestro vuelo nos avisaron que ya estaban en el lobby y teníamos 5 min para bajar …. Si deberían pasar esta info x mensaje al menos con 24 hr de anticipación ….por lo demás el viaje fue increíble y todo el personal muy amable y los pilotos muy profesionales. Estando allí, nos cancelaron el Tour DOS veces, la segunda cuando estábamos ya en su auto bus camino del aeropuerto con el consiguiente trastorno de perdida de tiempo, media mañana. A la tercera fue la vencida, pero el aeropuerto de donde salen NO es el de Las Vegas, te llevan a otro al sur, al que se tarda en llegar una hora desde el centro, eso sin atascos. El servicio fue realizado todo de acuerdo a lo indicado (traslados en tiempo y forma, modelo de avioneta, recorrido, etc). La atención fue excelente en todo momento, sobre todo al confirmar y coordinar el traslado telefónicamente, mi inglés no es muy fluido y me han tenido paciencia para entendernos. El paseo es excelente y permite tener una idea de la dimensión del cañón. 100% recomendable.

Nos dieron un up grade a la excursión completa ya que nosotros solamente habíamos reservado el Tour en avioneta. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo para informarme ...varias veces ya que yo estaba volando ..hasta que me localizaron ...muy puntuales y amables ...la excursión es magnífica y el tiempo nos acompañó...el guía del bus ....nos ha explicado muchísimo sobre el parque
