Want to try some adventure sports in Interlaken? Get your adrenaline pumping on this canyoning adventure in Grimsel, a famous Swiss mountain pass.
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at an adventure sports center located in Wilderswil. Here, we’ll gear up with all the necessary equipment, and the activity instructor will explain the safety rules and outline the technical details of the route.
Once ready, we’ll head to the location where the activity will take place. After a drive of about 1 hour, we’ll arrive at Grimsel Pass. This important mountain pass, reaching an altitude of 2,165 meters (7,103 feet), connects the cantons of Bern and Valais across the Alps.
Upon arrival, we’ll begin the canyoning activity in Grimsel. On this thrilling route, which will take between 1.5 and 2 hours, we’ll navigate various natural obstacles in the heart of the Swiss Alps. We’ll also rappel from a height of 50 meters (164 feet). Pure adrenaline!
After this thrilling activity, we’ll recharge with a light lunch and a drink. During this outdoor picnic, we’ll share our experiences from the adventure with the rest of the group.
After lunch, we’ll finally return to the meeting point, where we’re scheduled to arrive 5.5 hours after the activity began.
