Florence and Pisa Day Trip
We will meet up in the center of Livorno at 9:30 am to begin our 75-minute bus journey to the iconic Italian Renaissance city of Florence.
Once in Florence, we will head to the famous San Lorenzo Market, where we find typical products of the region and where you can try some delicious traditional biscuits from the Tuscany region, known as Cantucci, vin santo and oil with Tuscan bread.

Having visited the market, we'll head to the Plaza del Duomo, where we'll have two hours of free time to fall in love with Florence. Must-sees include the Brunelleschi Dome, the Giotto Belltower and St. Johns Baptistry - a real open air museum!
You can explore the most important parts of the Tuscan capital, such as the Piazza de la Signoria, the streets through which Dante Alighieri passed or the Ponte Vecchio, one of the symbols of the city. And art lovers will have the chance to look around one of the many museums in the city.
We'll meet up again to return to the bus and leave for Pisa, where we'll arrive an hour later. There we'll see the Piazza dei Miracoli, the most beautiful spot in the city, and one of the most spectacular in all Italy. Here you can find the Duomo, the Baptistery, and of course the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, the symbol of the city.
You'll have an hour of free time to really drink in the beauty, before we begin our 40-minute return bus journey to Livorno.

In case the San Lorenzo Market is closed on the day of the tour, we'll hold the tasting in a typical restaurant in the centre of Florence. The tasting will be composed of typical dishes such as panzanella and ribollita, accompanied by a glass of wine or juice.
