No nos han dejado subir al piso superior, sin darnos motivos para ello, lo cuál nos ha privado de la experiencia con vistas 'limpias' y al aire libre. Además, dado que el doble cristal de los pisos a cubierto está muy sucio como es normal, las fotos quedan bastante sucias. La experiencia nos ha resultado menos atractiva de lo que esperábamos. Aún así merece la pena ver Londres desde la alturas.

We weren't allowed to go up to the top floor, without any explanation, which deprived us of the experience of having 'clear', open-air views. Furthermore, since the double-glazed windows on the upper floors were very dirty, as expected, the photos turned out quite dingy. The experience was less appealing than we had anticipated. Even so, seeing London from above is still worthwhile.

Tuvimos que ir al mostrador (el QR no se escaneaba bien), pero allí nos dieron vouchers para una copa de champán (que puedes cambiar por una cerveza o un refresco en el bar de The Shard) y 5 GBP de descuento en la tienda de recuerdos, que tiene cosas monísimas. We had to go to the counter (the QR code wasn't scanning properly), but they gave us vouchers for a glass of champagne (which you can exchange for a beer or soft drink at The Shard bar) and 5 GBP off the gift shop, which has some really cute things. Bastante mal. Lo explico. El piso 72 estaba cerrado. Por tanto no lo pueden cobrar. Te hacen fotos y te regalan las cuatro casi pixeladas para que compres otras que te las muestran mejor hechas. Por lo tanto te están engañando. Y luego te dan un bono de 5 libras de descuento que no puedes acumular entre la familia, es decir, nada vale menos de 5 libras con lo que si queremos canjear el bono hay que hacer gasto. Pretty bad. Let me explain. Floor 72 was closed. Therefore, they can't charge you for it. They take photos and give you four almost pixelated ones so you'll buy others that they show you as better quality. So, they're deceiving you. And then they give you a £5 discount voucher that you can't combine with family; in other words, nothing costs less than £5, so if you want to redeem the voucher, you have to spend money. All in all, a rip-off.
