We'll meet at 10 am in Loreto Aprutino to start a guided tour that will take us to a historic Tuscan dairy farm. Delicious Tuscan dairy products await!

We'll start by learning all about the passion and the history of the family that runs the dairy farm, which since 1950 selects only the best raw ingredients to ensure the quality of its products. From the pastures to the stables, from cheesemaking to the final product, during the tour, we'll discover all the different stages and the secrets of cheese production. Cheese-lovers, this is your moment!

As we visit the estate and observe the animals on the farm, the guide will also show us the different farming methods used here. Then, to become even more immersed in the world of cheese, we'll spoil our palate by taking part in a tasting of the dairy farm's delicious cheeses. Bon appetit!
