Una total estafa. No salvo ni una de las actividades realizadas. La comida siempre es la misma para comer y cenar, ni siquiera varían la fruta, lo cual entendería si de verdad estuviésemos internados en la selva. Existe una total falta de organización, yo me quedé sin realizar la caminata por la selva, Todos los que estábamos en el campamento opinábamos lo mismo, recomiendo, ya que estás allí, pagar más y poder realizar un tour que de verdad te permita conocer esta zona.

A complete rip-off. I didn't enjoy a single activity. The food was always the same for lunch and dinner; they didn't even vary the fruit, which I would understand if we were actually deep in the jungle. There was a total lack of organization. I didn't even get to do the jungle hike. Everyone at the camp felt the same way. I recommend, since you're already there, paying more for a tour that actually allows you to explore the area.

La gestión dejó muchísimo que desear desde el primer momento. El itinerario prometía varias actividades atractivas, pero la realidad fue totalmente diferente. El paquete incluía:Pescar pirañas, caminata nocturna por la selva, ruta de senderismo por la selva de día de 2,5 horas, paseo en canoa y visita andando a una aldea aborigen del Amazonas. Pues bien, de las cinco actividades anunciadas, únicamente se realizaron dos. La experiencia fue nefasta, un total engaño, y el precio es elevado.

The management left much to be desired from the very beginning. The itinerary promised several attractive activities, but the reality was completely different. La excursión es super recomendable. Muy completa. Nadas con “botos” (delfines rosados amazónicos). Ves y “pescas” (sin anzuelo ni dañar al pez) pirarucú y un mercadillo muy chulo (yo compré varias cosas). Luego vas a un buffet flotante donde puedes dar un paseo por una plataforma en las que puedes ver monos y nenúfares gigantes. La comida es rica y variada e incluye pirarucú. La experiencia es única y muy recomendable. El paraje es inigualable y las actividades interesantes y variadas. Mencionar a Jefferson, quien se involucra muchísimo con los turistas. Nos dedicó muchísimo tiempo, nos dio una visión real de la vida de las comunidades indígenas y se esforzó muchísimo por que todo saliese bien. Como puntos de mejora, la limpieza era mejorable. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa poder disfrutar de 3 días en el amazonas. Las cabañas tienen aire y están bien equipadas, hay una zona con hamacas muy agradable y tener piscina es un lujo. La comida es generosa, pescado a la brasa con arroz y pasta y opciones de carne. El guía, Jose, tuvo comentarios poco acercados y machistas que están fuera de lugar en el siglo XXI. It has been a wonderful experience to be able to enjoy 3 days in the Amazon. The cabins have air and are well equipped, there is a very nice area with hammocks and having a swimming pool is a luxury. The food is generous, grilled fish with rice and pasta and meat options. The guide, Jose, had inappropriate and sexist comments that are out of place in the 21st century. Excursions outside of what is included, in my opinion, are touristy, but in the end that is what we are, tourists…

Volvería a hacer esta excursión con Anaconda Amazon una y otra vez. Jefferson fue mi guía los 3 días y fue excelente, super educado, atento y sabía muchísimo sobre la selva y animales. Conocí su familia y su pueblo, un regalo al corazón! Hicimos de todo y nos divertimos en grande! El lodge es soñado, habitaciones limpias con baño privado y aire acond en el medio de la selva! I would do this tour with Anaconda Amazon again and again. Jefferson was my guide for all 3 days and he was excellent, super polite, attentive and knew a lot about the jungle and animals. I met his family and his town, a gift to the heart! We did everything and had a lot of fun! The lodge is dreamy, clean rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning in the middle of the jungle! Très belle expérience, nous avons eu Joseph en guide qui a été exceptionnel! Nous avons pu nager avec les dauphins rose, pêcher le piranha et le déguster au barbeuc le lendemain. El tour no era en español, si es verdad que el guía fue increíble y si sabía español y me explicaba en español a mí, pero las otras 10 personas hablaban inglés y en general era todo en inglés. Una de las excursiones eran canoas y no hubo canoas, la canoa era el guía en la misma barca de siempre remando y encima no lo pudimos hacer porque no había por dónde ir, así que fue, otra vez, una ruta en barca como la de todos los dias

Todo el viaje salió a la perfección. La agencia local muy seria y profesionales. 100% recomendable si quieres vivir una aventura en la selva con unos servicios mínimos y alejado de peligros, aunque hay que ser un poco aventurero para disfrutarlo y olvidarse de muchas comodidades durante un par de días. El guía local era local y sabía muchísimo sobre Amazonas, nos explicó muchísimas cosas sobre flora, fauna y tribus locales.

Experiencia brutal estar unos dias en mitad de Amazonas pero, algunas de las excursiones mencionadas no las hicimos (como el tour a pie por la noche),la excursion de visitar la aldea estuvimos 2 minutos andando y ya nos hicieron volver y en el plan ponia guia de habla español y solo hicimos una excursión con un guia que casualmente hablaba español,todos hablaban portugues. Anaconda Amazonia Resort está muy sucio, habitaciones sucias,sabanas tambien…pero vistazas, comidacorrecta y personal amable

It was a brutal experience to spend a few days in the middle of the Amazon, but we didn't do some of the excursions mentioned (like the night walking tour). We only walked for a two-minute tour of the village and then they made us turn back. The plan stated a Spanish-speaking guide, so we only did one excursion with a guide who happened to speak Spanish. Everyone spoke Portuguese. Anaconda Amazonia Resort is very dirty, with dirty rooms and sheets too... but great views, decent food, and friendly staff.

La experiencia fue agridulce: lo positivo, el personal del Hostel Anaconda y su cocinero; lo negativo, el guía José. Sin motivación, no promovió actividades y priorizó su móvil sobre el grupo. A pesar de advertir que la lluvia no suspendería nada, no fue así. La lancha sin techo no era adecuada. Tras pagar 288 € por persona, quedó la decepción. En contraste, el chófer Eduardo fue atento, explicó detalles y recomendó actividades, todo lo que faltó en José.

The experience was bittersweet: the positive, the staff at Hostel Anaconda and their cook; the negative, the guide José. He lacked motivation, did not promote activities and prioritized his phone over the group. Despite warning that the rain would not cancel anything, this was not the case. Prepárate para actividades guays pero sin ningún tipo de conforto Lo mejor es el personal del anaconda lodge y el guia. Las actividades tambien son bastante divertidas, aunque me hubiera gustado algo mas activo. Lo peor son las habitacionea y baños en malas condiciones. No hay electricidad de 6-18 y no hay bebidas frías (nevera tambien estan apagadas), solamente dejan un enchufe para todos del lodge cargar el movil. La piscina esta verde, y poco cuidada. Falta bastante cuidado en todo.

Be prepared for cool activities but no comfort. The best thing is the staff at the Anaconda Lodge and the guide. The activities are also quite fun, although I would have liked something more active. The worst thing is the rooms and bathrooms in poor condition. There is no electricity from 6-18 and there are no cold drinks (fridges are also turned off), they only leave one plug for everyone in the lodge to charge their cell phones. The pool is green and poorly maintained. Everything lacks a lot of care.

La organización fue pésima, el equipo iba improvisando sin informar de las actividades ni horarios. Hubo actividades que no se hicieron y otras se hicieron pero sin éxito como la pesca de pirañas o ver los caimanes. La información que dio el guia fue escasa y repetida. Ofrecieron actividades extra pagando en las cuales si no las contratabas te quedabas esperando al resto. Las barcas no tienen techado lo cual te hace estar expuesto al sol durante muchas horas. Esperaba algo más digno.

The organization was terrible, the team was improvising without informing about the activities or schedules. There were activities that were not done and others that were done but without success, such as piranha fishing or seeing alligators. The information given by the guide was scarce and repeated. They offered extra paying activities in which if you didn't hire them you stayed waiting for the rest. The boats do not have a roof, which means that you are exposed to the sun for many hours.
