On this trip to Tagaytay Ridge, you'll get to see the world's smallest active volcano, and discover many fascinating elements of Filipino nature, culture and history!
We'll pick you up from the accommodation in Manila at the scheduled time and set off for Tagaytay, a city in the province of Cavite.
Tagaytay Ridge has one of Manila's most beautiful viewpoints, known as People's Park in the Sky. At over 600 metres above sea level, you'll be able to admire the magnificent Taal Volcano and its beautiful lake. This stunning natural landscape was, in fact, the holiday home of former Filipino President Ferdinand Marcos!
We'll stop for lunch at a local restaurant so you can try some typical dishes of Filipino cuisine. With our stomachs full, we'll head to the Orlina Museum to see the many glass sculptures in this exhibition initiated by the famous Ramon Orlina, art in its purest form!
Finally, we'll visit a vegetable and coffee plantation where you'll get the chance to taste the delicious local products.
At the end of the tour, we'll take you back to your hotel in Manila, arriving after a total of 6 to 7 hours.
Due to closure reasons, we'll not be able to visit the Orlina Museum on Mondays, so we'll extend the time of spent at the rest of the stops on the tour.
