Como tal la experiencia esta bien. Pero hay cosas que se deberían saber antes de ir. Por ejemplo que las mesas no se organizan, se van rellenando aunque te toque sentarte con desconocidos y te toca compartir la.comida con ellos. Luego la bebida, te van ofreciendo refrescos, vinos,cervezas y para colmo luego ninguna bebida esta incluida en el menú. Si me la van a hacer pagar, al menos que den una carta para elegir y ver los precios. El espectáculo bien, y el sitio esta muy muy chulo.

The experience itself is okay. But there are things you should know before going. For example, the tables aren't arranged; they just fill up as they go, even if you end up sitting with strangers and sharing the food with them. Then there are the drinks—they keep offering soft drinks, wines, beers, and to top it all off, none of them are included in the menu. If they're going to make me pay for them, they should at least give me a menu to choose from and see the prices. The show was good, and the place is really cool.

El chofer muy bien, la cena era la misma (en cantidad) si en la mesa estabamos 8 como en la mesa que estaban solo 4, las bebidas se pagan a parte (refresco 3€) todos los músicos quieren propinas, nos llovió por lo que creemos que el espectáculo fue más corto ó a nosotros nos lo pareció, y eso que estábamos a la intemperie bajo la lluvia.

The driver was very good, the dinner was the same (in quantity) whether there were 8 of us at the table or only 4, drinks are paid for separately (soft drink €3), all the musicians want tips, it rained on us so we think the show was shorter or it seemed that way to us, even though we were outdoors in the rain.

La cena no estuvo mal en cuanto a la cantidad y calidad. Pedimos vino y cerveza , que no entraban en, en la cena. El problema surgió cuando tuvimos que pagar porque no admitían tarjeta y tuvimos que retirar dinero ( con la consiguiente comisión) en una ATM que estaba dentro del recinto. En cuanto al espectáculo esperábamos algo más, ya que en algunos videos que vimos con anterioridad aparentaba otra cosa. El recinto estaba muy bien y era muy amplio. El comedor cómodo.

The dinner was decent in terms of both quantity and quality. We ordered wine and beer, which weren't included with the meal. The problem arose when we had to pay because they didn't accept cards, and we had to withdraw cash (with the corresponding commission) from an ATM inside the venue. As for the show, we expected more, since it looked different in some videos we'd seen beforehand. The venue was very nice and spacious. The dining room was comfortable.

Nos trasladaron desde el hotel,un chofer en un taxi compartido con varios que nos indicábamos en un radio próximo,la comida,la actuación....menos los disparos con los rifles, horribles para los pobres caballos...pero luego el taxista esperando fuera....nos llevó de vuelta al hotel.Excelente,altamente recomendable!

El guia-chofer, no sabía español y tardo en llevarnos una hora y media. El espectáculo, muy simple y aburrido y la cena nada del otro mundo. La vuelta nos cambiaron de chofer-guia y tardamos poco más de una hora en volver al hotel, llegamos a la una de la madrugada. Mal, todo mal.

The driver-guide didn't speak Spanish and it took us an hour and a half to get there. The show was very simple and boring, and the dinner was nothing special. On the way back, they changed our driver-guide, and it took us just over an hour to get back to the hotel; we arrived at 1:00 AM. Everything was bad.

El trabajo que atañe a Civitatis estuvo fenomenal en relación con el traslado y atención pero la actividad como tal no la recomiendo. La comida la sirven al centro en mesas redondas de entre 6-8 personas por lo que no te sacias y el espectáculo duró 20 minutos y muy cutre. Las bebidas no están incluidas y hay que pagarlas en efectivo.

Experiencia muy decepcionante. Recogida a las 20:00 y casi 2 horas de trayecto por colapso de tráfico, con desvíos nocturnos por caminos embarrados y sensación de inseguridad, viajando con niños. Llegamos a cenar a las 22:15, todo servido a toda prisa. El espectáculo Fantasía duró unos 12 minutos (caballos, una bailarina y pocos fuegos) y a las 23:15 ya regresábamos. Hotel a la 1:00 am. No corresponde con lo anunciado.

A very disappointing experience. We were picked up at 8:00 PM and the journey took almost two hours due to traffic jams, with nighttime detours on muddy roads and a feeling of insecurity, especially while traveling with children. We arrived for dinner at 10:15 PM, and everything was served hastily. The Fantasia show lasted about 12 minutes (horses, a dancer, and a few fireworks), and by 11:15 PM we were already heading back. We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM. It did not match what was advertised.

Desde el principio bastante mal , nos estuvieron esperando en la calle 35 minutos a que nos recogiera el transporte, llegamos al sitio y nos metieron en una carpa donde era la cena todo corriendo sin poder ver el sitio , la cena regular a mal solo se salvada el postre , las pastas no kas vimos ,todo muy acelerado , no habíamos terminado de comer cuando nos estaba pidiendo el dinero de las bebidas . El espectáculo normal. Pero todo muy acelerado.

El espectaculo empezo cuando aun estábamos cenando (no habiamos empezado con el postre y ya estaban efectuando disparos). A la hora de pagar las bebidas, me exigían que fuera en efectivo y tras decirles que no tenia y que queria pagar con tarjeta, me llevaron a un cajero automatico y finalmente, ante mi insistencia en pagar con tarjeta, me llevaron a las oficinas a pagar por esa via. Por ello me parece una vergüenza!.

The spectacle began while we were still eating dinner (we hadn't even started dessert and they were already firing shots). When it came time to pay for the drinks, they demanded cash, and after I told them I didn't have any and wanted to pay by card, they took me to an ATM. Después de estar a la hora acordada en el punto de recogida , pasamos a buscar a otros asistentes al espectáculo por su hotel, el chófer les espera durante 40 minutos, lo que hace que lleguemos una hora tarde, no entiendo que la impuntualidad de otras personas me penalice y que me haga perder gran parte de mi actividad

Comida mala. No nos pusieron toda la comida que indicaba en civitatis. Además nos querían cobrar el te, cuando estaba incluido. Tuvimos que compartir mesa con familia local, sin previo aviso. Tuvimos que compartir plato central con esta familia, y ellos comían con las manos. Entendemos que es su costumbre, pero por ello tenían que habernos separado, o al menos habernos consultado. Teniendo en cuenta que había poco público y mesas vacías, podrían haberlo facilitado. Espectáculo mediocre.

The food was bad. They didn't serve us all the food listed on Civitatis. They also tried to charge us for tea, even though it was included. We had to share a table with a local family without prior notice. We had to share the main course with this family, and they were eating with their hands. We understand it's their custom, but they should have separated us, or at least asked us. Considering there were few other customers and empty tables, they could have made that possible. The show was mediocre.

Nos tenían que recoger a las 20:00 en el hotel, nadie fue a buscarnos. En recepción llamaron para contactar con los organizadores de la actividad, al final nos dijeron que nos recogían en un punto de encuentro a las 20:50 … al final la actividad comenzó a las 21… 3 horas y no 4 como contratamos. Cuando llegamos el recinto ya estaban cenando., nosotros llegamos muy tarde…
