Actividad interesante para conocer los puntos de interés más importantes de Matera. En mi opinión no sustituye el paseo que se debe hacer por las callejuelas y escaleras. El tour se hace de manera rápida, te permite bajar y tomar fotos en 3 sitios destacados

Se realizó una hora tarde de lo contratado. El guía hablaba italiano puso un audio en español solo los primeros 5 minutos y luego atendía llamadas y nos hablaba solo al parar en italiano una descortesía y desconsideración absoluta ni saludo cuando bajamos y en la agencia el trato fue espera espera ya va a venir y así No los recomiendo e Y es un costo muy alto por lo que dan

It was an hour later than contracted. The guide spoke Italian, played an audio in Spanish only for the first 5 minutes, and then took calls. When we stopped, he spoke to us only in Italian. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate. He didn't even say hello when we got off. At the agency, the treatment was "wait, wait, he'll come back," and so on. I don't recommend them. Nos pidieron llegar 10 min antes pero el conductor no estaba. Duro apenas 40 min. Con muy escasas explicaciones. Muy escaso para el coste y duración por persona.

Lo que es el paseo no estuvo mal, pero llegó tarde y, como todo, llegas tarde y vas más deprisa... El paseo en sí no está mal, pero al final recorres todas las calles en Matera sin darte cuenta tú solo, y además, el guía hablaba únicamente en italiano sin audio guías ni nada similar, por lo que te enteras de lo que te enteras

Habíamos contratado el servicio para las 12 del mediodía, nunca llegaron, logramos contactarnos con la agencia, y nos armaron la excursión para las 15hs., nos pareció una falta de respeto que nadie se acercase a disculparse y no hacernos perder tanto tiempo, ya que la agencia está a metros de donde nos encontrábamos. El muchacho que nos mandaron para hacer el recorrido se llama Vito y el si nos pareció muy bueno.

Contraté con audioguia en Español, pero era con muy poco detalle y no iba acorde a lo que estábamos viendo. Además al guía lo llamaban constantemente por teléfono y la audioguía se cortaba. En resumen no nos enteramos de casi nada.

La experiencia no fue buena.la ubicación complicada .cuando llegamos a la oficina 10 minutos tarde estaba cerrada la puerta y la dueña o empleada de la oficina no nos abrió .continuamos con la búsqueda del Tuk tok y nada de orientación.llamamos y no contestaron el Teléfono.Un joven que tenía otro tour de otra compañía pidió a otro Sr que nos llevará a la oficina.logramos hacer el tour por 1 hora .El conductor muy formal .El valor del Tour me parece muy costoso para lo que es el recorrido.

The experience was not good. The location was complicated. When we arrived at the office 10 minutes late, the door was closed and the owner or employee of the office did not open the door for us. We continued searching for the Tuk Tok and no guidance. We called but they did not answer the phone. A young man who had another tour from another company asked another man to take us to the office. Siempre que viajamos reservo alguna actividad o excursión con civitatis i siempre ha sido mejor de lo esperado, esta vez no , muy flojo no repetiria, puro trámite ,y era temporada baja donde no había muchos turistas podrían dedicarse un poco. En español nada, una cinta que ponían a destiempo donde no sabías de qué hablaban porqué ya lo habías pasado, visitas no hechas…. 70 € mal gastados.

Whenever we travel, I book an activity or excursion with Civitatis, and it's always been better than expected. Not this time. It was very slow, I wouldn't repeat it. It was just a process, and it was low season, when there weren't many tourists. They could have spent a little more time. Nothing in Spanish. They played a tape at the wrong time, where you couldn't understand what they were talking about because you'd already seen it. They didn't do any visits... €70 wasted.
