At the designated time, we'll meet at UVA de la Armonía Park and, once we're ready, we'll begin this tour of the Comuna 3 Manrique, where the Constellations Mural is located.
Constellations is, in reality, a giant mural made up of 30 murals captured on more than 600 facades that tells the story of the community in an eye-catching way. This artwork has become the largest artistic mural in Medellín, with 159,493 square feet (14,819 square meters).
Throughout the tour, we'll stop at 25 of the 30 murals to learn about the history behind each one and how their creators have filled every corner of this area in northeastern Medellín with color, honoring characters and the neighborhood's daily life.
As we explore Manrique, we'll stop at one of its lookouts to enjoy the beautiful scenic views of the city. Plus, you'll take part in a mazamorra tasting, a typical drink in Colombia. The perfect way to end the day!
Finally, after a total of 2.5 hours, we'll say goodbye at the starting point.
