La empresa nos brindo traslado (ida y vuelta) y las pulseras para ingresar. Todo bien. Las termas y paisajes bellos. Pero las instalaciones muy básicas, alquiler bata (mala calidad) a $ 5 mil y lockers (pequeños) a $500. Te devuelven 4mil al regresar la bata. Pocos lugares para almorzar y demoras 1hs o mas. Muchísimas personas y poco lugar. Tener en claro que el hotel no está en el mismo lugar que el parque termal.No se puede ir al parque y alli pagar servicios spa (solo en hotel) Translate this opinion into English.

La traffic estaba completa tuvieron que pedir un remis para llevarnos a nosotros. El complejo de termas no estaba abierto para conocer por completo, solo la parte cerrada, nos hubiese gustado saberlo con anterioridad. Al regreso se olvidaban de nosotros, tuvimos que recordarles que nos habian enviado en remis.

Tuvimos que presentarnos a las 08.45 en la Plaza de la Independencia y nos llevaron puntualmente a las termas. Fue caótica la llegada: había mucha gente y no había ninguna indicación por parte del chofer. También me hubiera gustado si Civitatis informase de los posibles tratamientos que ofrecen las termas.
