Esperaba más de la actividad. El guía decepcionante. Nos dejó varados en la plaza por una demora de 30 segundos, sobre un horario que no era el originalmente pactado. No nos esperaron para tomar el autobús para ir a ver la última cena.y tuvimos que ir en taxi por nuestra cuenta. El guía Massimo ni siquiera se enteró que le faltaba gente y luego al decirle lo sucedido se hizo el que no entendía.

I expected more from the activity. The guide was disappointing. He left us stranded in the square due to a 30-second delay, at a time that wasn't originally agreed upon. They didn't wait for us to board the bus to see the Last Supper, and we had to take a taxi on our own. Contratamos la actividad con mucha antelación para garantizar la visita a La Última Cena pero al llegar la hora de la visita nos informan de que está cerrada pero nos darán entrada por la tarde. Al llegar al lugar nos deniegan la entrada y nos dicen que reclamemos el importe a la agencia. Todo el grupo se sintió engañado

Tuve problemas con la agencia porq el tour resultó ser en ingles y mi reserva no lo decia. Me dijeron q los viernes son en español y no me lo quisieron cambiar de fecha a pesar q era una sola persona. En la agencia no me atendieron bien. Para no perder lo q habia abonado lo hice igual aunque no entendí nada.

es una vergüenza, me hna engañado, en ningun sitio avisan que solo es un dia en español y no indican que dia es, hemos tenido que hacer el tour en ingles ya que las entradas estaban pagadas. La misma guia nos ha dicho que estan cansados que pedir que lo expliquen , que es un problema que se repite siempre.

Queriamos un tours en español y casi no habló en español por hacer primero la explicación en inflés., cada vez que tenia que explicar se abria una puerta en la visita a la última cena y nos quedabamos con la explucaciín inconclusa. Era lo que mas me importaba y no cumplio con mis expectativas

Un poco desorganizado, nos citaron en un punto 10 minutos antes de la hora y tras 30, seguía sin aparecer nadie. Nos dio por dar la vuelta a la manzana y preguntar al conductor de un autobús turístico y nos comentaron que seguramente sería el nuestro, pero no lo tenían seguro. Hasta el DUOMO la excusión es en bus, después vamos a pie a la catedral, el teatro y la última cena. Los guías que explicaban los puntos de interés pertenecían a otra empresa que no era Civitatis.

No sé hizo parte de lo previsto. El Castelo sforzano lo vimos desde el autocar, no visitamos el patio como se indica en la planificación. Yo compré la excursión en español y fue bilingüe, creo que eso hay que avisar porque se pierde información y hay que ir a toda prisa. El guía hizo lo que pudo pero la organización muy mal

El tour está muy muy pesado, muy cansado, además de que fue caminando, todas las explicaciones son de pie. No lo recomiendo para niños ni para personas mayores. Además no dan tiempo para tomar fotos. Y deberían incluir una breve visita al Castillo Sforzesco que está a un minuto de donde empieza el tour. El guía sabía mucho pero algunas explicaciones son eternas.
