Moab Giant Rope Swing

Activity Details

After meeting at US-191, we'll board an off-roading vehicle and buckle up for a drive through a landscape dominated by Mesozoic sandstone scenery. We'll enjoy every minute of the experience!

After around 30 minutes on the road, we'll reach the jump zone and make our way to the top of the 393 ft (120 m) cliff. Here, we'll give you a detailed safety briefing covering the rope system, the anchors installed in the rock, and the correct use of the harness.

When it's your turn, you'll step up to the edge of the cliff. Feeling the adrenaline already? Jump! The fall gives way to a wide pendulum swing, tracing a sweeping arc over the canyon below.

The sensation isn't a bounce... it's a smooth, continuous swing, giving you a few seconds to take in the full scale of Utah's desert landscape. You'll feel weightless as all that stress is left hanging in the air!

After the swing, a motorized system will lift you back up to the top effortlessly. Once everyone has completed their jump, we'll head back to the starting point in the off-roading vehicles, sharing smiles, conquered nerves, and that strange calm that comes after staring down the void.

4 hours later, we'll say goodbye to an experience that you do once in a lifetime... or twice, three times, four times... watch out, because it can become addictive!

Want to take home a memory of this experience? You can add on a video recording of your Moab pendulum jump, choosing between a GoPro camera or a drone to capture your descent from multiple angles, including aerial shots of the canyon. This service is not included in the activity price and can be paid directly on the day. The cost is US$ 50 for the GoPro video and US$ 100 for the drone video.

• The maximum weight to take part in this activity is 198 lbs (90 kg).
• If you plan to bring non-jumping companions, there is a transport fee of US$ 50 per companion.
• Please note that all companions will need to sign a liability waiver.
• If companions decide to jump once we're at the jump zone, the transport fee will be deducted from the jump price.
