You'll find luxury, history, and a mixing of cultures in Nice. Pass through the most emblematic spots of the French Riviera's first city, and allow yourselves to be seduced by its beauty.
Nice Day Trip
We'll pick you up at your hotels in Monaco, beginning out tour towards the capital of the French Riviera. After half an hour, we'll arrive at our destination, and visit the most important sights in the city.
We'll wander the Promenade des Anglais, which extends some 7 km along the Nice bay. And while we do so we can admire the Albert I Gardens, the hotel Negresco, and the Verdue Theatre: an important concert hall which has played host to some of the world's most famous artists, including Elton John and Metallica.
Our next stop will be the Nice castle, where as well as the delightful gardens, you can see the best views of the bay, the port, and the whole French city.
Another of the places you'll see will be the Cimiez neighbourhood, the most aristocratic area of Nice, and where Queen Victoria would stay during her holidays on the French Riviera. And here you'll be able to see the Matisse museum and the ruins of the Roman Amphitheatre.
Then comes one of the most important parts of our excursion: a visit to the Russian neighbourhood. Nice was one of the main destinations for exiled Russians following the 1917 revolution. We'll visit the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, where you're sure to be amazed by its magnitude!
Our tour finishes through the old town and its flower market, the Opera and the Courthouse, before returning to your hotels in Monaco.
