The tour is excellent. It started on time and we were given a good feel for what Naples is like in the history of Naples. We had an excellent introduction to Naples which gave us ideas of places and areas that we would like to explore on our own. The earbuds that we had to rent were useful, but sometimes hearing things was a little difficult. I understand the need for this as this is a very loud city.
